About corporate education
When developing an English learning programme for corporate clients the following points must be taken into account:
- the sphere of the company’s activity;
- the aims and objectives of the programme;
- the terms of learning;
- modern approaches and programmes developed by the leading British and American linguists in the field of professional study of English as a foreign language;
- the initial level of language knowledge of each student and the group as a whole.

About methodology
The methodology that we use for our teaching is aimed at basic language skills development: conversational language, listening comprehension, reading and writing. In addition, spoken language development is a priority when learning English, so our methodology has a distinct communicative approach.
In other words, our task is to give you an opportunity to speak fluently and comprehend the English language easily.
This methodology that we have suggested is notable for its flexibility, and can be individually adapted to your company’s needs (for instance, in-depth study of business writing language, reading business correspondence, etc).
Our teachers
The learning process is conducted by highly-qualified Ukrainian, British and American teachers that have:
- international qualifications in teaching English as a foreign language, plus at least 5 years’ experience;
- professional education in the field of finance, economics or management, along with experience in big companies or their own business.
Forms of lesson structure
- work in the recommended group size of 6-8 people, with at least a basic level of English no more than 6 students;
- individual lessons;
- intensive off-site seminars for 3-5 days with full language immersion.
Recommended lesson frequency
- at least 4 hours a week for group lessons;
- at least 2 hours a week for individual lessons;
- at least 30 hours – the duration of intensive out-of-site seminars.
Quality control system
This programme has an elaborate system of monitoring the whole learning process:
- a pass-through system of testing, which allows both a teacher and a student to trace his or her progress in studying English;
- final testing, after which students receive Oxford Klass certificates;
- reports on progress and attendance;
- consumer satisfaction surveys.
The procedure for organising your learning is as follows:
- identify aims and objectives of learning;
- free initial testing and group formation;
- a free demonstration lesson;
- develop a learning programme for each group or individual student;
- drawing up of a curriculum.
