SUMMER TICKET FROM “MASTER KLASS”

Summer begins…
Holidays! Rest! Freedom!
The first day of summer is actually the Day of the Protection of Children! On this day both children and adults have one common wish – may summer be funny, warm and healthy in order to be able to talk to friends, learn and see many things, go to the seaside and gain strength… And on the last day of summer not to feel sad because of aimlessly spent summer days :(


Dreams can come true, if you want them to! So, dear children (and you, dear adults, as you are still children in spirit, are you not?), let’s realize all these common goals together. “Master Klass” invites you to the Dream Workshops for the whole summer.
We guarantee you will not regret it!

So, we are offering a comprehensive programme of events in three parts:
- Art Workshops in Kyiv and its surroundings.
- Summer travel camps on the Adriatic and Red Seas.
- Summer English schools in England and Ireland.


Art Workshops in Kyiv and its surroundings

Choose a programme to your liking:

  • Theatre Workshop

Together with master teachers – actors, film directors, painters and musicians – the children will learn how to stage a performance, how to create an image in colours and shape and reveal the secrets of expression. Lessons in a music band will help them to write a score for a performance. A review and discussion of the animation masterpieces will turn everyone into a script writer. The work on performance staging will help to develop fantasy, attention and the ability to work both in a team and individually.

  • Film Workshop from the computer school “ITdo”

In two weeks the children will create a plot, make their own film and master different film professions – actor, dramatist, cameraman, make-up artist, and then, they will premiere a film. Also, the children will meet with famous cinematographists, visit film studios and film sets. For more details visit children's blog.

  • Art Workshop

In the programme: master classes in painting, pottery, A-CLAY plastic modelling, origami, glass painting, papier-mâché, tapestry making, making of decorations with paper, decoupage (a kind of application), knitting soft toys.

  • Other programmes will also be added to the list. We shall inform you about them later.


Also, the children will be provided with:
-    two meals a day, including hot dinners,
-    walks in the fresh air,
-    sport classes with experienced instructors,
-    journeys or walking excursions (visiting city museums, monuments of architecture, historical places),
-    meetings with interesting people.
Art Workshops will take place in the building of the Culture and Education Centre “Master Klass” (34 Ivana Mazepy Street, near Pecherska Lavra)
Beginning of the tour – every Monday
Tour duration – 2 weeks
Camp working schedule – from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m., Monday to Friday



Children’s Yachting School

In a real yachting club by the Kyiv Sea the experienced captains will teach children the art of sailing. The young sailors will master the language of yachtsmen and learn the definitions of staysail, mainsail, gybe and puddening. They will also make sense of yacht and sail types and have an opportunity to steer a small children’s yacht. The young yachtsmen will be taught by experienced instructors who have already brought up more than one generation of notable yachtsmen. The study programme is intended for 2 weeks and offers daily residence in the yachting club (including hot meals) and an overnight stop at home.

  • Summer children’s club of “Master Klass” in Montenegro on the Adriatic sea

A hospitable children’s resort “Biserna obala” (Pearl seashore) near the town of Bar – a large resort centre in Montenegro – is waiting for you. The hotel complex is comfortably situated in a picturesque shallow bay, surrounded by mountains with a wide sandy-pebble beach at the bottom. There are comfortable hotel rooms with all conveniences, three meals, numerous playgrounds and sports areas, restaurants, cafés, shops and a post office at your disposal. From Kyiv to the Adriatic sea by direct flight, and with regard to the visas – they are not necessary. “Master Klass” will take the trouble to arrange the trip and provide special cultural and entertainment programmes with the joint efforts of our teachers. Parents can come, too! The duration of one tour is 2 weeks; the dates of the trip are from the beginning of July to the end of August.

Summer English schools in England and Ireland


As usual, in summer the English language school “Oxford Klass” arranges summer tours to Great Britain for children and teenagers who want to master English. The children are met by prestigious English language schools – our partners from the international association of the independent English language schools “Quality English”. You can choose the programme depending on the age of your child, level of preparation, living conditions and many other things.


All schools offer intensive English courses and interesting active rest. The rest programme differs in different schools and you can choose what your child likes. These can be sport programmes – golf, tennis, football and horse riding, or tourism – hiking, outdoor games, excursions. You can also choose from a wide range of cultural programmes: children will be able to visit museums, get familiar with modern British culture – theatre, cinematography and rock music. Parents can also start on this journey to learn English with their children. The accommodation offered is either full board or residence with English families. The schools themselves are situated in picturesque or resort places, often in ancient mansions or castles. The age of participants is between 7 and 18 years old, but there are also programmes intended for students over 18 years old.
